In this contingent assignment, you will serve as a strategic technical consultant on complex, high-impact initiatives within Specialty Software Engineering. You'll evaluate large-scale, multi-dimensional engineering challenges, often involving unprecedented variables, and provide expert guidance to drive long-term solutions. Your work will require deep analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a strong command of engineering policies, processes, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation on complex engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Analyze and assess large-scale, multi-faceted technical challenges requiring evaluation of diverse and sometimes intangible factors.
- Contribute to resolving sophisticated engineering problems by applying a strong understanding of functional requirements, governance, and compliance.
- Collaborate strategically with client teams, offering thought leadership and technical direction.
- 5 years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering, or equivalent experience gained through professional work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Serve as a deep technical leader across mission-critical platforms.
- Architect and deliver scalable services using Python and Java on Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) and cloud environments.
- Act as a hands-on expert in GenAI technologies (Gemini/GPT), LLM evaluation, and agentic frameworks.
- Establish and uphold high standards for architecture, SDLC excellence, and CI/CD automation.
- Mentor and elevate engineering talent across teams, fostering a culture of technical rigor and continuous improvement.
