- Project Leadership: Lead high-priority data projects from conception to completion, managing timelines and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain advanced dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) and reports, translating complex findings into clear, compelling visualizations for leadership.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior analysts, fostering their technical and business acumen.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through rigorous validation and process improvement.
- Technical Execution: Perform advanced data modeling, statistical analysis, and develop predictive models, using SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, Excel, and cloud platforms.
- Automation: Automate data workflows and reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Business Acumen: Apply deep understanding of business processes to proactively suggest improvements and build data-backed business cases.
- Experience: 10 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Statistics, CS, Economics, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Expert-level SQL, Python, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), advanced Excel, statistical modeling.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, communication (written & verbal), presentation, and leadership skills.
