We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Coupa Functional Analyst to lead analytics, reporting, and functional support initiatives within the Coupa platform. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous enhancement of Coupa solutions, with a strong focus on analytics, reporting, and business process optimization.
The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise in Coupa, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience supporting production environments, system integrations, and release management within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of Coupa Analytics reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Provide functional support for the Coupa production environment, including troubleshooting issues, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Configure and maintain Coupa modules aligned with evolving business requirements and best practices.
- Support end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes, ensuring system integrity and performance.
- Plan and execute regression testing for new Coupa releases and feature updates.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify process improvement opportunities, streamline workflows, and reduce cycle times.
- Design, build, test, and deploy enhancements while ensuring adherence to change management and compliance standards.
- Participate in release management activities, including feature review, prioritization, and validation prior to production deployment.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user training materials.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions to drive adoption and effective system usage.
- Investigate and resolve system and process-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- 8 years of professional experience in functional or techno-functional roles.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Coupa implementations and support.
- Strong expertise in Coupa Analytics and reporting development.
- Proven experience in system configuration, testing, and deployment within Coupa.
- Hands-on experience with regression testing and release validation for enterprise applications.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.
- Experience supporting enterprise procurement or source-to-pay (S2P) platforms.
- Familiarity with integration testing and downstream/upstream system dependencies.
- Experience driving process transformation and automation initiatives.
- Exposure to change management frameworks and governance models.
