Senior Content Editor

We are seeking a talented Senior Content Editor to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of our HR content portfolio while working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and update content in preparation for migration to a new content management platform.
• Participate in testing and validation to ensure successful content migration with the correct structure and metadata.
• Transform long-form content into reusable fragments that align with new content needs and audiences.
• Contribute to the development of content standards and guidelines, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Manage workflows and identify improvements in content management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely publication of materials.
• Respond to customer requests for content creation and updates in line with process changes.
  
  

Skills

• 4 years of professional experience in content management systems.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven project management experience, capable of managing multiple stakeholder needs.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience with reusable or "headless content" and information architecture.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse teams.
• Experience in a multi-language publishing environment.
