Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement cloud infrastructure requirements for mobile services
- Plan and support cloud evolution toward modern architectures (e.g., 5G)
- Develop automation using Unix Shell, Python, and related tools
- Deploy and manage cloud platforms using OpenStack and Kubernetes
- Monitor performance, optimize capacity, and support scaling activities
- Provide Tier 3 support and act as SPOC for complex cloud issues
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and scaling
- Track cloud inventory, configurations, and operating costs
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of cloud engineering or operations experience (telecom or vendor preferred)
- Hands-on experience with OpenStack, Kubernetes, Unix Shell, and Python
- Knowledge of physical infrastructure (power, cooling, datacom)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
