PE License in Kansas
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
5 years of land development engineering experience, including 2 years managing projects and teams
Expert knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
Ideal Qualities:
Passion for mentoring and developing team members
Track record of building strong client relationships
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Experience With Ajera Financial Management Software (preferred)
