Job Title: Senior Business Process Analyst

Location: Georgetown, KY (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $50/hr on W2

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to support process improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and document workflows, SOPs, and process maps.
• Facilitate workshops and present findings to management.
• Support implementation of improved processes and monitor effectiveness.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure updates in centralized repositories.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in Business Process Analysis or Process Improvement.
• Strong experience in process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Good understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
