Location: Charlotte, NC | Onsite 5x/week
Contract Length: 4 months (high likelihood of extension)
Rate: $70-80/hr

This role supports a critical QC Record Keeping data migration initiative within Global Regulatory Reporting. The consultant will join mid-project to assist in migrating 28 system feeds from a decommissioned data aggregator into a new platform.
The position requires a blend of business analysis, data analysis, and project coordination to ensure accurate data mapping, issue resolution, and timely delivery.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Top Requirements
- Strong data mapping and data analysis experience
- Business Analyst experience with documentation, requirements, and reporting
- Experience working with large data feeds or system migrations
- Capital markets or financial services knowledge (trade data, market value, etc.)
- QC Record Keeping experience
- Wells Fargo experience
- Experience with regulatory reporting or data platforms
- Exposure to consumer lending, commercial banking, or treasury products

- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and gaps
- Coordinate with upstream data providers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain project trackers and monitor progress across feeds
- Provide status updates and reporting to leadership
- Document data flows, requirements, and mapping logic
- Assist in managing dependencies and resolving blockers across teams
