Senior Business Analyst 4 (w2 consultants only please apply)
Lansing, MI (Hybrid 2 days onsite: Wednesday & Thursday)
Duration: 1 Year Contract (Extension Possible)
Interview Mode: In-person
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business & functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories)
Perform process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap analysis
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning & execution
Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
Support implementation and enhancement of critical public health applications
Translate complex workflows into system requirements
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support
Required Skills & Experience:
8 to 10 years of Business Analysis experience
Strong Experience In Requirements Gathering, Documentation, And Stakeholder Management
Expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Experience with tools like Azure DevOps
Knowledge of data integration (APIs, HL7, ETL), SQL, and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau)
Preferred
Experience with LIMS (Clinisys, STARLIMS, LabWare) preferred
Background in Public Health, Laboratory Systems, or Environmental Health highly desirable
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related field
