Job Duties:
ChatBot Development
Design and build chatbots using LivePerson Conversation Builder, including standard, routing, FAQ, transactional, and post-conversation survey bots
Prepare Chatbot storyboards, user/process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Configure and manage agent connectors to ensure high availability and scalability (e.g., handling 999 concurrent conversations).
Implement custom chatbot personas aligned with brand voice and customer journey goals
Integrate chatbots with backend systems via APIs for automated use cases
AI & Automation Integration
Leverage KnowledgeAI, Generative AI, and NLU engines to enhance bot intelligence and response quality
Develop custom logic and flows using LivePerson's Functions and SDKs
Optimize chatbot performance using analytics, reporting, and feedback loops
Leadership & Strategy
Lead a team of bot developers and automation engineers, providing mentorship and technical direction
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to define bot strategy and roadmap
