Job Description:
Position: SeniorBilling Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
- 4x/week onsite, 1x/week remote
Top Requirements:
- SQL skills
- Ability to create SQL queries from scratch
- Telecom or product catalogue experience
- General knowledge, not a SME
- Product catalogues are where the attributes of a product are documented
- For a phone, attributes would be material of the screen, material of the back of the phone, processor type, specifics about the camera, overall dimensions, specifics about the charging port, etc.
- Literally anything about the phone that someone may want to know has to be documented in a product catalogue
- Analytical experience
- Critical thinker - ability to identify a problem and come up with solutions
- Well spoken, present to leadership - able to explain their work
- Speaking to their work on calls
- Office Suite expertise
- Excel is mostly used for tracking promotions/products, formulas, etc.
- Macros, v look ups, pivot tables are used in more advanced roles (i.e. triage)
- Computer science background/degree
- Coding background
