Role: The Senior BI Developer role is crucial in transforming data into actionable insights. You will leverage your expertise in Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake and advanced SQL skills to develop and maintain business intelligence solutions ensuring data governance, cross-functional collaboration, and user engagement to deliver high-quality BI services.

You will leverage your expertise in Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake and advanced SQL skills to develop and maintain business intelligence solutions ensuring data governance, cross-functional collaboration, and user engagement to deliver high-quality BI services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other reporting and data transformation tools to meet business requirements.
- Perform complex data analysis and create DAX calculations and measures to support data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize Azure Data Factory for data integration and transformation tasks.
- Build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver tailored BI solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with users to gather feedback, provide training, and ensure the BI tools meet their needs.
- 8 years of experience in BI development
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, and working knowledge in Snowflake, AWS, and Azure
- Microsoft Fabric experience for Dataverse configuration, reporting and data analysis
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Ability to analyze complex data and deliver meaningful visualizations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong inclination towards automation and efficiency sees repetitive tasks as an opportunity for optimization and elimination
- Ability to engage with users, gather requirements, and provide user training and documentation
- Certifications in Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in Tableau, Python, Coupa, AWS cloud services is a plus
