Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong accounting expertise and analytical skills to manage financial reporting, support month-end close, maintain compliance, and improve financial processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with finance and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and maintain accurate general ledger entries in accordance with GAAP.

• Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met
  
  

with accuracy and consistency.

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies in a
  
  

timely manner.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and schedules for internal leadership
  
  

review.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing historical data, trend analysis,
  
  

and financial insights.

• Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure
  
  

efficiency and compliance.

• Partner with external auditors and tax partners, and support audit requests,
  
  

documentation, and follow-up items.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure proper accounting treatment and
  
  

financial alignment.

• Assist in the ongoing optimization of ERP systems, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Mentor and support junior accounting team members, providing guidance and
  
  

knowledge-sharing as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA, CMA or progress toward CPA
  
  

preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
