The Consultant will work as a Security Identity and Access Management Engineer, providing hands-on automation development and strategic architectural design across the security lifecycle.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Security Architecture (5 Years Required)
- IAM Expertise: Expert understanding of Identity and Access Control, Logging and Reporting Systems (5 years required).
- Core Duties: Ensure proper implementation and configuration of Identity Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Active Directory to support IT and security operations.
- Solution Design: Responsible for planning, designing, development, and implementation of enterprise security solutions that align with business goals and risk tolerance.
- Threat Mitigation: Design, deploy, and manage countermeasures to known threats and develop preventative mitigation strategies for new and emergent threats to enterprise data and networks.
- Security Automation and Integration (5 Years Required)
- Automation Development: Expertise in automation development using tools such as Python and Bash (5 years required).
- Integration Focus: Responsible for automation development and implementation between disparate security and enterprise IT tools.
- Systems & Framework Knowledge
- Cyber Security Awareness: Five years of experience in Cyber Security Awareness and Understanding.
- System Knowledge: Experience with Linux, Windows, Network Security Protocols and Procedures (5 years required).
- Preferred Frameworks: Knowledge of major Security Frameworks including NIST, CSF, CJIS, IRS 1075, and CMS MARS-E is highly desired.
- Logging/SIEM: Knowledge of SIEM analysis and reporting and vendor certifications in SIEM or logging technologies is highly desired.
