About The Role

You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and engineering leads to build reliable, scalable systems and embed testing deeply into the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop robust test automation frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Drive the overall test strategy, planning, and automation approach for complex features.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Work hands-on in code to build automated test suites and validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Perform exploratory testing and guide the team on risk-based testing.
- Mentor engineers on automation, clean code practices, and testing fundamentals.
- Ensure alignment with organizational quality and compliance standards.
- Track and report measurable quality metrics and improvements.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 6–10 years of SDET or Quality Engineering experience.
- Strong coding skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Solid experience with automated testing across UI, API, and integration layers.
- Hands-on CI/CD experience (GitHub, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe delivery models.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with identity/authentication systems (Ping, Okta, etc.).
- Experience with WebdriverIO or Playwright.
- Exposure to performance and accessibility testing.
- Familiarity with cloud and container environments.
- Relevant certifications (ISTQB, SAFe QE, etc.).
