Scrum Product Owner
Job Location: Dallas, TX
Term: Contract
PAY RATE - $53/HR on W2
Position Description:
***Only qualified Technical Scrum Product Owner candidates located near Dallas, TX, will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. ***
Required Skills, Abilities, & Experience:
o A Technical Scrum Product Manager with B2C digital/e-commerce front-end experience is required
o Strong partnership and influence with UX teams is required.
o Expertise in the middle and lower acquisition funnel
o Strong understanding of VOC, Data insights, and bias for action
o Excellent storyteller, expert in understanding customer value “WHY” and coming up with “WHAT” & partnering on “HOW” and “WHEN.”
o Experience as a software engineer, working through SDLC.
o At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, and an engineering background is preferred.

- Candidate will be responsible for charting and executing the course for the Client customer and employee digital experience across our consumer distribution channels.
- Candidate will lead the software product development life cycle from inception to production launch and post-production support.
- Candidate must possess a strong technical background to ensure the web components design is modular & scalable.
- Candidate must have experience leading large cross-organizational software development projects.
- Candidate must have a well-rounded technical background in current web and microservice technologies.
