Key Responsibilities:
Agile Leadership & Facilitation:
- Champion Agile practices across cross-functional teams
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure clarity of scope and expectations
- Act as a delivery partner to Product Owners and Managers
- Track, report, and communicate progress, risks, and blockers to leadership
- Proactively identify risks, escalate issues, and propose actionable solutions
- Protect the team from accepting poorly defined or unvetted stories
- Ensure that product features enhance the end-to-end customer experience
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Hands-on, veteran-level experience, beyond just process facilitation
- Strong leadership and communication skills; adept at escalation and resolution
- Must be on site in Fort Lauderdale, FL three days per week
- Background in e-commerce, travel, or related industries preferred
