Scrum Master

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Scrum Master for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Tampa, FL.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Expert-level understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team.
• Extensive, hands-on knowledge and experience with Jira for Agile project management.
• Proven experience in coaching teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
