Lead all core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective), ensuring process integrity, efficiency, and time-boxing.
Ask critical questions that challenge assumptions and continuously evolve agile practices.
Delivery Execution, Capacity & Performance Management
Facilitate execution and feature completion tracking for 2 3 scrum teams.
Manage team capacity and support reliable forecasting for predictable sprint and program delivery.
Take accountability for sprint success by proactively identifying, removing, or escalating blockers.
