Experience Required
- 15 years of SAP experience.
- 10 years of hands-on SAP WM experience.
- Strong experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotech, or healthcare manufacturing industries.
- Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Experience working in global and remote delivery models.
Functional Leadership
- Lead SAP WM solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP WM solutions.
- Drive warehouse process improvements and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and IT leadership.
- Warehouse structure setup and optimization.
- Storage types, storage sections, and storage bins.
- Putaway and picking strategies.
- Transfer requirements, transfer orders, and inventory movements.
- Batch management integration.
- Physical inventory processes.
- RF and barcode scanning integration.
- Handling Unit Management (HUM).
- Integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and LE modules.
- Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or related field.
- SAP WM certification preferred.
- SAP EWM certification is a plus.
