Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP Warranty Management implementations and enhancements.
- Analyze and map automotive warranty processes to SAP functionalities.
- Configure SAP Warranty Management including claim creation, validation, settlement, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, CS, FI) to ensure seamless integration.
- Work with OEMs and dealers to streamline warranty claim processing and approvals.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
- Stay updated on SAP innovations and automotive industry trends.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Warranty Management.
- Strong domain knowledge of automotive warranty processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SD, MM, CS modules.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to warranty is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
