- Lead design and ownership of end-to-end service lifecycle:
- Service Notification Service Order Execution Warranty/Entitlement Billing/Settlement
- Define and implement solutions for:
- Service Notifications & Service Orders
- Field Service Execution
- Warranty Management & Claims Processing
- Service Contracts & Entitlement Management
- Manage Installed Base, Equipment, and Serial Number tracking
- Define cost capture processes (labor, parts, service expenses) and integrate with FI/CO
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, FI/CO, PM, and Logistics
- Act as a functional lead between business stakeholders and system integrators
- Drive workshops, solution design, and service model definition
- 8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in:
- SAP Service Management / Customer Service (CS/SM)
- SAP S/4HANA Service Management
- Hands-on experience with:
- Service Notifications & Service Orders
- Warranty & Entitlement Management
- Service Contracts
- Installed Base / Equipment Management
- Strong understanding of end-to-end service lifecycle processes
- Experience integrating service processes with Billing and SAP FI/CO
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and solution design
- Experience with Field Service Management (FSM) or ServiceMax
- Exposure to automotive or manufacturing industries
- Experience with S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield/Brownfield)
