- 10 years of SAP SD configuration and support experience in order management, pricing, delivery and billing.
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to independently research SAP issues, SAP notes and industry best practices. ABAP debugging skills are desirable.
- Support inbound and outbound integrations using IDocs, APIs, and EDI.
- Should have good understanding of integration points between SD and MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM
- Ensure system stability, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement
- S4 HANA and Fiori experience is desirable.
- Good communication and teamwork
- Order (standard, dropship, consignment), Delivery, Invoice, and Returns management
- Intercompany process (Sales and Returns)
- ATP and Backorder processing
- Pricing and Condition technique
- Route and Route determinations,
- Shipping point configuration
- Billing, Credit Management
