Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to S/4HANA functional expert and trusted advisor for the Supply Chain organization.
- Partner with the SAP project team to ensure business processes and requirements are accurately reflected in system design, configuration, and implementation.
- Provide deep SME-level guidance on Supply Chain processes within the S/4HANA framework.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business, IT, leadership, and external partners.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to maximize the value of the S/4HANA implementation.
- Help refine roles, responsibilities, and governance structures throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Track and report on key milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience with a strong focus on Supply Chain modules (implementations, optimizations, or support).
- Proven experience in the Utilities sector, preferably in multi-service environments (electric & gas).
- Demonstrated success supporting large-scale ERP transformations from a business operations perspective.
- Deep functional knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities, including:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Logistics
- Related integration points
- Strong grasp of S/4HANA architecture, SAP best practices, and migration considerations.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear system requirements and actionable solutions.
- SAP S/4HANA certification strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications (PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience with multiple S/4HANA implementations in utility or asset-intensive industries.
- Prior consulting or advisory background supporting business transformations.
- Proven success working in complex, cross-functional environments.
