Lead design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting Finance functions in General ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, and Cost Center Accounting,
- Work with business to map the business process and identify the GAPs.
- Actively engage with business, SAP COE leader, cross-functional teams, external consultants to provide best fit technical solutions while aligning to global template solutions.
- Perform FIT/GAP analysis and write functional specifications for RICEFW.
- Develop User Documentation in collaboration with Business Team.
- Drive the Functional Integration of all Finance E2E processes enabled by SAP S/4HANA to ensure proper design, development, testing and cutover activities.
- Work with other Process Team(s) in development and execution of the test scripts in the integration testing cycles and regression testing.
- Work with the business team and data team to facilitate the master data and transaction data validation for ITC1, ITC2, ITC3 and the production cutover.
Education:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance or related field
Required:
- Strong and applied ERP Finance and Controlling knowledge required, S/4 HANA is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience with Process Design, Deployment experience utilizing and configuring the SAP FICO module with a heavy focus in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
- Experience with document splitting, extension ledgers, journal entry processing, accruals, recurring entries, exchange rates and foreign currency revaluation
- Strong knowledge in the end-to-end solution for fixed assets process
- General understanding of Order-to-cash business process and source-to-pay process and the integration with FI/CO.
- Experience working with Revenue Recognition, Revenue Accounting, US GAAP, IFRS
- Applied experience with banking and Cash Management/Treasury
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead projects with cross functional teams, and PMO.
- Manage business users independently, proactive and a team member.
- Certification in S/4 HANA
- Experience in Medical Device / Life Sciences Industry
- This role will require 30-40% international travel.
- This role must be willing to adapt to the flexible schedule to meet multiple time-zones.
