- Act as a bridge between business and IT (security, vendor teams), ensuring clear, consistent communication.
- Translate technical requirements, constraints, and timelines into actionable business insights.
- Drive alignment, accountability, and timely follow-through across distributed teams.
- Escalate risks, blockers, and trends to leadership with clear mitigation actions.
- Own end-to-end defect lifecycle management from identification through closure.
- Run daily defect triage and status calls across multiple teams.
- Ensure defects are logged with accurate:
- Severity & priority
- Root cause classification
- Ownership & environment details
- Enforce defect management processes, SLAs, and entry/exit criteria.
- Monitor defect aging and ensure timely resolution and retesting.
- Validate phase exit readiness based on defect metrics and quality thresholds.
- Drive follow-ups for data issues, incorrect details, missing status, ownership gaps, or stalled progress
- Drive prioritization of defects during high-volume cycles (SIT, UAT).
