SAP Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Pricing Functional Analyst with strong expertise in pricing configuration and a solid foundation in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. This role is critical in designing, configuring, and supporting pricing strategies within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability across global operations. Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) is nice to have.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Pricing Functional Analyst with strong expertise in pricing configuration and a solid foundation in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. This role is critical in designing, configuring, and supporting pricing strategies within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability across global operations. Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) is nice to have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure pricing procedures, condition records, access sequences, condition types, and pricing formulas in SAP S/4HANA
- Work closely with OTC process owners to design and support end-to-end pricing functionality in the sales and distribution flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, SD, Customer Service, etc.) to define and optimize pricing logic and rules
- Support complex pricing scenarios including volume-based discounts, customer-specific pricing, and promotions
- Write detailed functional specifications and test cases for enhancements and interfaces
- Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and hypercare activities
- Troubleshoot production issues related to pricing and propose scalable fixes
- Maintain accurate documentation of configuration and design decisions
- Participate in data migration and validation efforts for pricing data as part of project deployments
- 7 years of SAP Functional experience with a strong focus on Pricing and SD/OTC modules
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA configuration experience
- Deep understanding of pricing condition techniques and integration points within OTC
- Strong documentation and communication skills for both business and technical audiences
- TPM (Trade Promotion Management): Experience integrating SAP Pricing with TPM or managing trade promotions, including accruals, claims, deductions, and promotional pricing scenarios
- Experience with Fiori apps for pricing and OTC
- Prior involvement in S/4HANA conversion or greenfield implementation projects
- Experience with rebate management and settlement processes
