We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Consultant to support and enhance Product Lifecycle Management processes across engineering, manufacturing, and product development teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP PLM modules, product data management, engineering change management, document management, and integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA environments.

We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Consultant to support and enhance Product Lifecycle Management processes across engineering, manufacturing, and product development teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP PLM modules, product data management, engineering change management, document management, and integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Design, configure, and implement SAP PLM solutions including:
- Product Structure Management
- Document Management System (DMS)
- Engineering Change Management (ECM)
- Recipe and Specification Management
- Product Data Management (PDM)
- Lead end-to-end SAP PLM implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
- Configure and maintain material masters, bills of materials (BOMs), engineering records, and change masters.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to streamline product development processes.
- Integrate SAP PLM with:
- SAP MM
- SAP PP
- SAP QM
- SAP EWM
- SAP S/4HANA
- Third-party CAD/PDM systems
- Conduct workshops, gap analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design sessions.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
