- Solution Design & Configuration: Configure IBP planning areas, key figures, planning levels, and algorithms (heuristics, optimizer) to meet business requirements.
- Module Expertise: Lead functional design for IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply & Response, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.
- Implementation & Deployment: Lead or support end-to-end IBP implementations, including fit/gap workshops, UAT sessions, and blueprinting.
- Data Integration: Setup and troubleshoot data integration flows using CI-DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services) and RTI (Real-Time Integration) with S/4HANA.
- Support & Optimization: Provide post-go-live support, monitor planning jobs, and optimize performance for Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on SAP IBP configuration and at least one full-cycle implementation.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in IBP modules (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory) and integration technologies.
- Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA supply chain processes (MRP, production planning).
- Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT, or Engineering.
- SAP IBP Certification.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP Datasphere.
