Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ECC & SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FICO) Architect to solution, manage design, implementation, and governance of finance and controlling processes The FICO Architect will play a key role in harmonizing global financial processes, ensuring compliance with American statutory, audit, and regulatory standards including FDA, SOX, and other financial reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ECC & SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solution design, configuration, and process alignment.
- Translate global and regional finance, accounting, and cost management requirements into optimized SAP solutions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory accounting, and audit standards (FDA,, SOX, IFRS).
- Drive standardization of financial processes across entities and geographies.
- Collaborate with business, tax, and audit teams to define control frameworks and financial reporting structures.
- Support integration with Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Project Systems for end-to-end financial visibility.
- Coordinate with Customer stakeholders and offshore teams for solution delivery and continuous improvement.
- 12–15 years of SAP Finance & Controlling experience, including S/4HANA Finance (Central Finance experience preferred).
- Deep functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA.
- Strong understanding of financial compliance frameworks – SOX, FDA, and IFRS.
- Experience in multi-entity, multi-country environments within manufacturing or healthcare industries.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferably MBA Finance or CA
- SAP Certified in S/4HANA Finance or Management Accounting.
- Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Treasury modules.
- Exposure to multinational rollouts.
