Job Title: SAP FICO / TRM Functional Lead

Location: Houston, TX (Initial 3 Months Onsite Travel Expenses Covered) Remote (6 9 Months)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO / TRM Functional Lead to drive end-to-end Finance transformation aligned with S/4HANA best practices and global templates. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Finance (FICO) along with hands-on experience in Treasury & Risk Management (TRM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Finance solutions:
• General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting
• Drive Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) processes including:
• Banking and Cash Management
• Cash positioning and liquidity forecasting
• Debt and investment management
• Risk management processes
• Support Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and S/4HANA Finance architecture
• Ensure integration with MM, SD, and external banking systems
• Lead financial data migration, validation, and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with local and global financial reporting requirements
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive solution design decisions
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10 15 years of SAP FICO experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP TRM (must-have)
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance transformation
• Experience in multi-country/global rollouts
  
  

Additional Information:

• Initial 3 months onsite in Houston, TX (travel expenses covered)
• Transition to remote work after 6 9 months
