Job Title : SAP FICO Functional Lead

Location : Emeryville, CA (Onsite)

Duration : 12 Months

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant to provide expert-level configuration and functional support across Finance and Controlling modules. The role involves designing and implementing end-to-end financial processes, supporting business operations, and driving continuous process improvements within SAP. Retail domain experience is most preferred.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, CCA, PCA) on SAP S/4 Hana environment to meet business requirements
• Design, implement, and optimize financial processes within SAP.
• Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.
• Create and maintain financial reporting and analysis tools in SAP.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO configuration and support.
• Should have completed atleast one full life cycle implementation project on S/4 Hana.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting standards, and reporting structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Retail domain experience is mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
