We are looking for an experienced SAP Coupa Source to Pay Consultant to join a Digital Core Transformation team supporting enterprise procurement transformation initiatives with Coupa and SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and delivery for Coupa implementations
✅ Configure Coupa modules including Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, Invoicing, Catalog Management, and Approval Workflows
✅ Work on SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay and Materials Management integrations
✅ Handle custom field setup, PO forms, supplier setup, user roles, permissions, and security configurations
✅ Support transactional and master data integration between Coupa and SAP systems
✅ Create WRICEF functional specifications and support UAT/testing activities
✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams
✅ Drive procurement transformation initiatives and support global implementations
Required Skills & Experience:
🔹 Strong experience in Coupa Configuration & SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay
🔹 Procurement & Materials Management expertise
🔹 Experience with global SAP implementations
🔹 Knowledge of Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, Smart Contract Management
🔹 Strong integration experience between Coupa and SAP systems
🔹 Functional specification and testing experience
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Experience working in global/cross-cultural environments
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Engineering Degree / Chartered Accountant
✔ SAP Functional Certification Preferred
✔ Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, OTC, or Finance modules is a plus
