Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SD processes including Sales Orders, Deliveries, and Intercompany Invoicing
- Manage and enhance Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows within SAP SD
- Configure SAP MM functionalities including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Source Lists, and Info Records
- Support procurement and purchasing operations within SAP MM
- Collaborate across SAP SD and MM modules to ensure seamless business process integration
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and support activities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions
- Support integrations with middleware, EDI/B2B interfaces, and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP functional and integration issues
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD and SAP MM configuration
- Must have Data Analytics experience as well
- Proven experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
- Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Experience with SAP SD/MM integration points and cross-functional workflows
- Knowledge of EDI/B2B integrations and third-party system interfaces
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment
- Experience with SAP CRM and middleware integrations
- Prior experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry environments
- Exposure to enterprise-level SAP support and transformation initiatives
