Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CO – Controlling Lead Consultant to lead Controlling implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Controlling modules and will work closely with finance, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient SAP CO solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP CO implementation and support projects
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP CO functional designs
• Configure and support Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), and Product Costing
• Lead Product Costing (Standard Costing, Actual Costing, Material Ledger) implementation and support
• Configure Cost Element Accounting and Cost Allocation cycles
• Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize controlling and financial reporting processes
• Lead month-end closing activities related to Controlling
• Handle variance analysis, cost allocations, and settlement processes
• Integrate SAP CO with FI, MM, SD, PP modules
• Lead testing activities including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT
• Provide go-live and hypercare support
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore teams
• Prepare functional specifications and support development activities
• Manage master data setup for cost centers, profit centers, and cost elements
• Support business process improvements and automation initiatives
