Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing modules.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, defects, and user-reported incidents.
- Support integration points between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement appropriate fixes or workarounds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional leads, technical teams, and business users.
- Assist with system configuration, testing, and deployment support as needed.
- Document issues, resolutions, and processes in accordance with project standards.
- Ensure timely ticket resolution while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
