Ariba Functional Lead: Provide support to the team on Tier 1 and Tier 2 ticket analysis and resolve related issues with the SAP Ariba module.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Support Analyst to support a State of California project. This role will focus on providing functional and technical support for the SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing module, with integration support involving SAP ECC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production support environments and be comfortable handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 ticket resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing modules.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, defects, and user-reported incidents.
• Support integration points between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement appropriate fixes or workarounds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional leads, technical teams, and business users.
• Assist with system configuration, testing, and deployment support as needed.
• Document issues, resolutions, and processes in accordance with project standards.
• Ensure timely ticket resolution while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
