Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead to join the EDGE (Employees Delivering Greater Experience) team, which serves as the Enterprise CRM platform.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Eliminating technical debt
- Implementing enhancements
- Providing ongoing system maintenance
- Collaborating with multiple Scrum teams and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Perform hands-on Salesforce development
- Contribute to design discussions and solution architecture
- Assign tasks and user stories
- Review code and technical designs from developers
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Strong experience in Salesforce Development
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong knowledge of Apex (writing classes and logic)
- Experience with Visualforce pages
- Good understanding of Triggers
- Experience with Salesforce configurations (declarative vs programmatic)
- Knowledge of Aura Components
- Experience working with Sales Console and Service Console
