Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect with strong functional and architectural expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be able to solutionize complex business needs using Salesforce, lead requirement discovery, define scalable architecture, and guide Salesforce developers through delivery. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements.
• Create solution blueprints, high-level designs, process flows, and integration approaches.
• Provide architectural guidance to developers and ensure correct implementation of the solution.
• Drive best practices across configuration, customization, security, data modeling, and deployment.
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce standard capabilities and long-term business roadmap.
• Support UAT planning and ensure successful release and adoption.

• Strong experience in:
• Requirement analysis & solutioning
• Salesforce data model & security model
• Declarative customization and governance
• Integration concepts and APIs
• Stakeholder management & delivery leadership
• Ability to mentor/guide Salesforce developers and ensure delivery quality.
