Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Architect Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for patient care, provider management, and population health.
- Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
- Integration & Compliance
- Integrate Salesforce with EHR/EMR systems, ERP platforms, and third-party healthcare applications.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
- Technical Leadership
- Lead solution workshops and technical discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor developers and enforce architectural best practices.
- Innovation
- Evaluate emerging technologies like GenAI, predictive analytics, and telehealth integrations.
- Governance
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps processes.
- Promote platform governance, coding standards, and best practices.
- Experience:
- 8 10 years in solution architecture, with 5 years in Salesforce Health Cloud or healthcare SaaS.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Health Cloud Consultant.
- Technical Skills:
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), MuleSoft, Informatica, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of AI/ML and predictive analytics in healthcare.
