Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce SFDC Technical Lead to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and close collaboration with business and client stakeholders in a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across large enterprise environments
- Lead Salesforce integrations with multiple applications and system architectures using REST and SOAP APIs
- Serve as a technical lead for Salesforce initiatives, guiding architecture, development standards, and best practices
- Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions
- Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, and client presentations during pre-sales and delivery phases
- Oversee Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment activities
- Implement and manage Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor and develop Salesforce developers and technical team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- 7 years of hands-on Salesforce experience delivering enterprise solutions
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Workflows, and Salesforce APIs
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong technical pre-sales experience, including solution design, scoping, and client presentations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Required)
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
- Additional Salesforce certifications
- Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
