Job Title: Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Irving, TX

Duration: Long-term

Note: We re looking for who will be helping our website testing team. Looking for someone with Retail and Salesforce Commerce cloud background.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test strategies for web commerce applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across retail platforms
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for web commerce applications
• Validate Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementations, including storefront, checkout, and integrations
• Conduct API testing for backend services supporting eCommerce applications
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing for responsive web applications
  
  

Skills required:

• Minimum 10 years of QA experience designing and executing test cases, testing software, and validating data for eCommerce websites and backend applications, including order management systems.
• Strong experience in Automation Testing for web applications
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce)
• Strong understanding of Retail / eCommerce business workflows
• Experience testing high-traffic commerce platforms
• Knowledge of order lifecycle and fulfilment workflows
• Experience validating complete customer journey
• Experience testing system integrations like Payment gateways, Inventory systems, OMS (Order Management Systems)
• Experience with Postman, REST Assured, Swagger, API automation frameworks
