Job Description:
- Design and execute test cases for Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate customizations including Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
- Test Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Work closely with developers, administrators, and business analysts.
- Identify, log, and track defects using testing tools.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
- Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies.
- Automate test cases using appropriate tools when applicable.
- Strong experience in Salesforce testing.
- Experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
- Experience in automation and manual testing.
- Experience testing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Knowledge of test planning, test case design, and bug lifecycle.
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Perform different types of testing including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Validate system integrations and data flows.
- Track and manage defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of API and integration testing.
- Basic programming knowledge.
- Salesforce platform knowledge including objects, workflows, and permissions.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- UI testing experience with Lightning Experience.
- Automation tools and frameworks.
- API testing using REST or SOAP.
- Database querying and validation.
- Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
