This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to define vision, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery of projects. Additionally, the role includes creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation such as technical specifications and design documents. The position requires working onsite at the client location in Phoenix for three days a week.

Required Skills:
- Salesforce Testing (Intermediate level 3 5 years)
- Salesforce QA experience
- Test automation (Cucumber, Karate, Selenium WebDriver or similar)
- Salesforce platform knowledge (Data Model, Apex, LWC, Flows, Process Builder)
- REST & SOAP Web Services testing
- Programming (Java / JavaScript / Python)
- SOQL queries for validation and troubleshooting
- CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins or similar)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3 6 years of QA experience
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce test automation experience
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Xray, Salesforce Test Automation Frameworks)
- Ability to read/debug Apex and LWC (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
