Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee configuration of objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, automations and integrations with third-party systems; Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions
- Lead or support Salesforce-related projects, including enhancements, migrations, and integrations; Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Monitor system performance, deploy Salesforce updates and ensure data integrity and compliance
- Maintain documentation for system architecture and processes; Ensure that development adheres to best practices and complies with security and data standards
- Work with internal teams or external partners to ensure high-quality configuration and code
- Standard Operating Procedures: Identify, develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure documents to keep department and institutional knowledge current
- Salesforce Administration skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, non-technical staff, and all levels of management
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with minimal direction
- Ability to learn new software and applications independently
- Superior organizational and time management to meet deadlines
- Attentive to detail while able to see the "big picture-
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with integration tools/APIs (MuleSoft, and Talend, etc.)
