We are seeking a Salesforce Lightning Developer to join a global team responsible for enhancing and implementing Salesforce solutions across retail and investment management platforms within the banking domain. This role requires strong hands-on development experience and the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Hard Skills (Must Have)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) (Must be hands-on)
- Strong experience in APEX (Server-side programming)
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Strong coding skills – ability to write and implement code independently
- 7–10 years of overall experience
- Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience
- Recent hands-on experience with LWS APEX development
- Confident and strong communication skills
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Lightning components
- Implement regional and global business requirements using best practices
- Work on integration with third-party platforms and internal systems
- Develop a unified client ecosystem for the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Take a hands-on role in design, development, and feature enhancements
- Ensure solutions align with overall platform vision and strategy
- Perform rapid prototyping to propose solutions for complex challenges
- Work on API integrations and RESTful services
- Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows
- Work with databases including SQL and SOQL
- Follow DevOps best practices (Version Control, CI/CD tools, Salesforce DX)
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies
- Write and maintain Apex test classes and scripts
