• 5 years leading Salesforce engagements
• 3 years public sector case management solution implementation

Key Roles & Responsibiltities:

• Oversee delivery for both CCAP and HSCC projects; manage scope, budget, and project teams
• Co-create and support OCFS transformation strategy and roadmaps
• Engage with key stakeholders including executives and external partners
• Manage dependencies across Salesforce implementations
• Identify and mitigate program risks; track KPIs and performance metrics
• Provide periodic progress updates and reports to stakeholders
