Job Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with a strong declarative development background to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions. This role functions as an Admin/Developer hybrid, with a primary focus on Salesforce Flow and declarative-first architecture.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and senior technical staff to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce automations aligned with platform best practices. The role also involves troubleshooting and improving existing Salesforce automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Salesforce Flows, including:
• Record-triggered flows
• Screen flows
• Scheduled flows and automations
• Translate business requirements into scalable declarative Salesforce solutions
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and automation tools
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce automation and system issues
• Optimize Salesforce performance, usability, and automation efficiency
• Collaborate with:
• Business Analysts
• Salesforce Administrators
• Senior Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Developer
• Support ongoing Salesforce architecture enhancements using a declarative-first approach

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with the Salesforce platform
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Flow development
• Advanced understanding of declarative Salesforce tools, including:
• Data modeling (objects, fields, relationships)
• Validation rules
• Declarative process automation
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders on requirements gathering and solution design

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Apex and SOQL
• Experience working in hybrid declarative and programmatic Salesforce environments
• Background in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations or higher education environments
• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Salesforce Administrator
• Platform Developer I
