Client is seeking a Senior Salesforce /.NET Full Stack Developer to support existing Salesforce applications and contribute to the development of the CT-KIND system.

The developer will collaborate with the System Integrator to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term support of the solution.

The selected candidate will participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The developer will collaborate with the System Integrator to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term support of the solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce Pages.
- Develop and support .NET-based applications and integrations.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Support existing custom Salesforce applications and enhance functionality as needed.
- Work closely with the System Integrator to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system modules.
- Implement Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns in Salesforce development.
- Develop and manage SOQL queries, CRUD operations, and Salesforce configurations.
- Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions for application integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and system administrators.
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex development using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience developing Lightning Components and Visualforce Pages.
- .NET development experience is required (Must Have).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with SOQL, CRUD operations, and Salesforce configuration.
- Hands-on experience working across the full SDLC.
- Experience with application integrations and enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with government or public sector systems.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with CCWIS / SACWIS systems or child welfare systems.
- Hybrid role – 2 days onsite per week in Hartford, CT.
- Standard 40-hour work week.
