Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using best practices, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, integrations (MuleSoft), and complex data/code migrations.
- Lead development workstreams from design through testing and deployment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and project leadership to estimate effort and define development schedules.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and risk identification.
- Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- 7 years of experience leading, designing, and developing Salesforce applications across diverse business domains.
- Experience with Public Sector Foundation Packages and OmniStudio is MUST.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Salesforce security configuration and user management expertise.
- Proficiency with declarative tools: Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder.
- Experience developing Salesforce Community Portals.
- Strong web technologies background: JavaScript, CSS, HTML5.
- Salesforce integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Data migration strategy and execution experience.
- Release management using GIT and Copado.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Advanced Salesforce Platform Developer Certification (Proof of certification must be submitted)
- Candidates located in or near Columbus, OH preferred.
