This role partners closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable Salesforce applications that support business processes and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools
- Customize and extend Salesforce functionality across Sales, Service, Marketing, and/or Experience Clouds
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for performance, security, and scalability
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, including unit tests
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release management
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues in production environments
- Contribute to system architecture, data models, and technical documentation
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules
- Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs
- Experience with version control and deployment tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer, or equivalent)
- Experience with specific Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Health, or Experience Cloud)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar)
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and complex data migrations
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments
